About Preppamint

Preppamint is an Australian stationery and planning brand founded by sisters Tegan and Karla. We sell customisable discbound planners, planner inserts, and creative planning & journaling tools. We also stock a range of Australian and Japanese stationery, stickers and washi tapes. All of our Preppamint products are designed by us to help you plan in a way that actually works for you.

Where are you based?
We're based in Adelaide, Australia. All orders are shipped from here.

Do you have a physical store?
We are an online store, however do offer local pick up from our West Croydon studio.

 

Discbound Planners

What is a discbound planner?
A discbound planner is a customisable planning system where pages are held together by a series of mushroom-shaped discs rather than rings or a spine. The pages snap onto the discs, which means you can add, remove, and rearrange pages whenever you like. It's the flexibility of a loose-leaf system with the look and feel of a bound planner.

How do I get started with discbound planning?
A discbound setup has three main components: a cover, discs, and inserts. Start with one of our discbound sets, which includes everything you need, or build your own by choosing each component separately. Head to our How to Build Your Perfect Planner guide for step-by-step help.

Are your discs compatible with other discbound brands?
Our discs are compatible with the standard discbound punch pattern used by most discbound brands (such as Happy Planner). 

Can I punch my own paper to add to a discbound planner?
Yes! With a discbound hole punch (also called a mushroom punch), you can punch any paper to fit your planner. We stock discbound tools in our Discbound Tools collection.

Inserts & Printables

What are planner inserts?
Inserts are the pages that go inside your discbound planner. We offer a wide range including daily and weekly layouts, monthly calendars, goal and habit trackers, project and productivity pages, and more. You can mix and match, and print your own, to build a planner that suits your life.

What's the difference between physical inserts and printable inserts?
Physical inserts are pre-printed pages that we send to you in the post. Printable inserts are digital PDF files you download and print at home. Printables are a great option if you want to get started quickly, print as many copies as you need, or try out a layout before committing to a physical version.

How do I print the printable inserts at home?

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UnionPay.

Can I use a discount code?
Yes! Enter your discount code at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

How do I get 10% off my first order?
Join our mailing list at preppamint.com and we'll send you a 10% off welcome code. You'll also receive freebies, planning tips, and updates on new products.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at hello@preppamint.com with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, so it's important to reach us before dispatch.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia and internationally, including New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK, South East Asia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, and many more countries. Multiple currencies are available at checkout.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. During sale periods or around public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

How long does delivery take within Australia?
Most Australian customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days via standard Australia Post. Allow extra time for regional and remote areas. Need it faster? Select express postage at checkout.

How long does international delivery take?
Delivery times vary by country. For current estimates, check Australia Post's international delivery times.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free within Australia on orders over $150.

Will my order have tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking. Please note that tracking is not available for deliveries to some international destinations.

What if my order is delayed?
Delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather events, or peak postal periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate. Investigations can take 1–2 weeks. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a reshipment or issue a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
We do pay US tariffs prior to shipment. For some international orders, customs fees, VAT, and import duties may be charged by your local customs authority before your parcel is released. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Preppamint does not offer refunds in situations where customs fees are not paid and an order is not cleared through customs. If you have questions about customs fees in your country, please contact your local customs office.
