Shipping and Returns

At Preppamint, we know you want to start getting organised as quickly as possible, so our goal is to get your order packed and on it's way within 1-2 business days. This can sometimes be affected by sales periods and national holidays.

We send all orders via Australia Post. Most of our Australian based customers receive their orders within 5-10 days however please allow extra time for regional areas. If you are not based in Australia, you can check the Australia Post international delivery times guide for an estimate of shipping time here.

 If you need you order sooner, please choose our express postage option!

Out of control factors such as local customs clearance, weather events, and Holiday/peak times can also cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do all we can to deliver your order to you, where ever you are, as quickly as possible!

Shipping outside of Australia

All orders are shipped from Adelaide, Australia. All postage includes tracking, however please note that tracking is not available for some countries.

Preppamint guarantees delivery for all orders to the address provided at checkout. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 30 days, please send us an email with your order number and we will investigate it. Investigations can take 1-2 weeks, depending on the postal carrier(s) involved. In the are circumstance that your order is deemed lost, we will arrange reshipment or issue a full refund.  

Customs Fee

In some countries, VAT/duties/taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. Preppamint does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Delivery Error

In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. 

Return Policy 

We offer a 30 day return policy for all products unused and with original packaging. If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number, reason for returning and a picture of the product you would like to return. We will respond with your return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Once we receive your returned item, refund will be issued.

For situations of damaged/defective or incorrect quantity/style, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the received package and items. We’ll be happy to help!
