Letter Size Insert Printing - Quick Guide
This Quick Guide is for printing Letter size inserts directly onto Letter paper.
Step 1: Choose the correct file and reader program
Make sure you have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader (it is free!) or another trusted PDF reader you are comfortable using. Open Letter single PDF.
Step 2: Open the Print Menu
Open your PDF and select Print from the Menu drop down or by clicking the printer icon.

Step 3: Page selection & orientation
Set the following options:

Pages to Print: All Pages

Orientation: Portrait (or auto if it has set your orientation correctly in the preview)

Pages per Sheet: 1

Step 4: Paper size & scaling
Choose the following settings:

Paper size: Letter
-
Scaling: Actual Size (100%)

Step 5: Duplex settings
If your printer is not set up for automatic double-sided printing, please head to our Manual Duplex Printing Quick Guide. If your printer is capable of printing duplex, follow the below settings:

Select Print on both sides

Set to Flip on Long Edge (also written as Flip Over in some programs)

Print your document
NOTE: Some printers have special requirements for duplex printing and may set flip parameters differently. Please follow your printer’s instructions for duplex printing if they differ from the steps above.
